The Art of True Intimacy is a path in itself which was received through our hearts after many years of failed relationships and the longing for true harmony, true love and true intimacy. It was seen that the spiritual path in itself was not enough to make relationship work, and so the journey began to heal wounded parts, truly understand the intricacies of trauma, psychology, polarity, and the role of childhood wounds in our lives and in relationship. From this holistic journey, its success and the longing to support others, The Art of True Intimacy was born.

The Art of True Intimacy is a three month online journey specifically for committed couples that are ready to heal and evolve together in truth, authenticity and love. The course integrates the worlds of trauma, inner child work, somatic psychotherapy, modern relationship therapy, embodied intimacy practice, Tantric ritual and the perspective of non duality and self inquiry into one clear and coherent path to true healing and awakening in relationship.

Course Structure
The course will take place over 12 weeks with 12 essential topics that will shine light on the path of how to both heal and awaken through the art of relationship. The deeper you lean into the practices and course material, the deeper your transformation will be. Keep in mind, this course is an intensive, it is designed to support a fundamental transformational process in yourself and in the relationship. Below is the general time commitments and all that will be included in the course:

☸ There will be 12 2hr live group calls (once per week for 12 weeks) on zoom with the exceptions of the first and last call which will be 2.5hrs. There will also be 3 1.5hr men's and women's group calls. Each call will include the introduction of a topic followed by an embodied partner or group practice to fully experience the teaching. This will then be followed by a group coaching and Q&A session with Valentina and Ian.

☸ On several weeks a 20 minute lecture video will be given to deepen your knowledge of the topic. Videos will also include a questions which you will answer and post in the community chat to help you self reflect and integrate the teachings. You will also receive feedback and support from Ian and Valentina.

☸ Every week you will have a recorded embodied practice or assignment to be done as a couple and also a guided practice specifically for the masculine and feminine to be done solo.
​
☸ Every two weeks you will have a new support couple who you will have a 30 minute call with at least once within the two weeks to check in about what's arising with the course material, supporting each other in whatever way arises and generally establishing connection and friendships with other couples in this sacred work.
​
☸ By call number five we will start the process of initiating you in how to do a proper Tantric ritual at home. This will include detailed guided videos on four specific rituals, how to set them up, how to perform them and all the elements and instructions on how to create an altar and sacred space for ritual. From call five, you will focus on the performance of one specific ritual over the course of two weeks to be performed at least once per week.

☸ There will be a community Telegram group chat in which all have the space to share about their processes, ask questions and get live feedback from Ian and Valentina about any of the work. ​
​
☸ There will be an online course platform where all the lecture videos, practice videos/audios, ritual videos and call recordings will be kept and accessible at all times.

Call Schedule
All live calls will take place on zoom. Because the course is 80% embodied practice it is important that your space is set up for practice on every call. This means being seated on the floor with proper cushions and comfortability with plenty of space around you to move. You should be clearly visible with proper lighting so that we can see both of you from the chest up and also be able to hear you clearly. Please also make sure you have a 15 minute flexibility window for the end of the calls in case the call runs a little longer or in case you and your partner need a moment to integrate before going into your next activity.

Meet Your Guides
Ian and Valentina have each been fully dedicated the spiritual path for 12+ years. They are devotees to each other and most importantly to the essence of love consciousness that lives in each of them. In this total dedication to the path of awakening through the love for each other, they are also in full service to support others on the same journey of relearning how to heal and awaken through the path of relationship. Their intention is to be transparent vessels for the embodied return of the sacred King and Queen to this Earth.
Both of them have extensive experience in yoga and meditation having spent collectively over 5 years in silent solitary retreats. Valentina has advanced expertise in the path of Tantra having been initiated over 10 years ago by a master and now teaching the art of sexual Tantra, Tantric relationship and Tantric ritual for just as long. As a testament to the dedication and power of her path and practice, in her early 20's she was diagnosed with MS (multiple sclerosis) and was for a period of time unable to use her legs or see. Through great challenge she persevered in intensive spiritual practice for 5 years (and continuing) arriving to the point of becoming completely symptom free with no signs of the disease without any western medical treatment.

Ian compliments her very well with over 6 years of practice, study and coaching experience in somatic psychotherapy, embodied shadow work, trauma release, couples therapy, embodied intimacy work and men's work in addition to over a decade in practicing and teaching yoga and meditation.
​
Together, Ian and Vale have integrated the worlds of psychology, trauma, men's, women's, couples and intimacy work into the vision of non duality to bring a complete understanding of the true significance of intimate relationship as a spiritual path of healing and transformation. Today, Ian and Vale are based in Longeval France serving as teachers at Hridaya Yoga under the guidance of their beloved teacher Sahajananda. They also continue to travel giving workshops worldwide when they are not at Hridaya or on long silent retreats in India.

The Final Steps
Before signing up, make sure that this course is the right fit for you in terms of the time commitment. Below are the details of how much time this course will take each week and a few other details to know.​

☸ Every Week:
- 2hr live group call
- 2hrs total of embodied practice both individual and partner (done in your own time)
- 20 minutes of journaling
- 20 minute lecture video (on most weeks)
- Every 3rd week, 1.5hr men's/women's circle call
​
☸ This course is designed for couples who are committed to one another and to their inner work. It is also very important that you are in person with one another for the duration of the course. If you know you will be separate from one another for more than three weeks, especially in the second half of the course, it would be best to wait for another time to join us.
​
☸ If you are experiencing extreme difficulty in your relationship and are joining this course as way to try to save the connection and work through what's alive, we just ask that you make a firm commitment to stay together until the end of the course and see the process all the way through. We ask you for this commitment unless of course your physical safety is being compromised by being together.

Cancelation Policy
In the case of a major medical or family emergency that keeps you from being able to participate you may cancel for a full refund (minus processing fees).
If you need to cancel for any other reason, a partial refund maybe issued depending on the circumstance and no matter what you can use your tuition to put towards another future course with us or use it for private sessions. ​​​​​​
